Refund Policy

At Lyan.digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and creating strategic value for every client we onboard. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds Once Services Commence
Once payment has been made and the client is officially onboarded—defined as the point at which the first consultation or strategy meeting has occurred—no refunds of any kind shall be issued. This applies to all services, including but not limited to consulting, training, digital marketing, sales enablement, and custom projects.

2. Service Credit in Place of Refunds
In the event of any dissatisfaction or dispute post-onboarding, Lyan.digital may, at its sole discretion, offer service credits. These credits can be redeemed for any other service offered by Lyan.digital. However, cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.

3. Pre-Onboarding Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel prior to onboarding (i.e., before the first consultation/strategy session), Lyan.digital reserves the right to evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis. Approval for any refund before onboarding is at the sole discretion of Lyan.digital and is not guaranteed.

4. Acceptance of Policy
By making a payment to Lyan.digital, the client expressly agrees to this No Refund Policy and waives any right to dispute the payment or seek a chargeback, except in cases of proven fraud.
